PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

At Pinverse, we want you to enjoy your Pinverse products worry-free. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your investment is protected under reasonable use. Please review the following warranty policy:


Coverage

  1. Manufacturing Defects
    • Covers defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of 6 months from the delivery date.
    • If the product fails during normal use due to a defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
  2. Installation Issues
    • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation.
    • Ensure all installation instructions are followed carefully. If professional installation is recommended, proof of such installation may be required for warranty claims.

Conditions

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the product on the day of delivery, particularly if it arrives damaged or appears faulty.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of noticing an issue.
  • Provide proof of purchase and any requested documentation.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Wear and tear from regular use after the warranty period ends.
  • Damages caused by third-party modifications or repairs.

How to Make a Claim

  • Contact our support team via email: support@pinverse.com your proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement. Return shipping may be required.

Returns for Damaged Deliveries

Inspection Reminder: Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. If a package is visibly damaged by the carrier, refuse the delivery and notify us promptly.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos taken on the day of delivery showing the damage.
  • Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the denial of your claim.
